Research Pharmacist
Dr Sara Garfield is a research pharmacist with over 20 years’ experience in health services research. Dr Garfield has specialised in understanding patients' perceptions of medication, factors influencing patients' decisions about treatment, shared decision making, medication adherence and safety and quality of medication use.’ She won the North West London Clinical Research Award for excellence in patient and public involvement in 2019 and is co-chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Public Engagement group at UCL School of Pharmacy
